About me
Cathal is from Ireland. He has been teaching computer science at Korea Kent Foreign School for five years. He is interested in the value of mindfulness as a counterbalance to the relentless demands from social media and smartphones for students' attention. He is a leader in the school character and mindfulness program and responsible for the school's library of digital mindfulness recordings.
