About me
Mark McShea has been an educator for over 20 years, teaching at both the tertiary and international school levels. He is currently the Leader of Character and Mindfulness at Korea Kent Foreign School. He has practiced daily mindfulness breathing for the past four years and has a longstanding interest in the connection between the power of thought and overall wellness. He is passionate about integrating mindfulness into education and empowering children with simple yet transformative techniques to enhance their well-being and self-awareness.
