About me
Born in India to Canadian and Italian parents and raised in the UK, Michael identifies himself as a third-culture adult. Before teaching, he worked as a designer on various musical, art, and fashion projects to raise the profiles of youth groups, artist collaboratives, and independent labels. As an international educator, and leader, he is excited to bring these creative passions to the classroom and believes the curriculum should be as aspirational as the dreams of our students. Over the last 18 years, Michael has taught in the UK, Italy, Singapore, and now Korea at Seoul Foreign School. As a proud member of IBEN, he enjoys partnering with schools and educators to see how we can better serve our communities by fostering intercultural understanding, and respecting learner agency.
